Vendor Terms and Conditions

Subject to the Terms and Conditions as set forth herein, (“Participating Vendor”) hereby joins the Perkline program and agrees to the following:

  1. Perkline will produce a web listing on it’s Perkline Program site for the participating vendor at Perkline.com. The listing will include the name, address, telephone number and vendor designed discount/services offered to holders of the Perkline Card.
  2. The participating vendor agrees to remain a member of the Perkline program for a term of one (1) year from the date of this Agreement and this Agreement shall automatically renew each year for an additional term of one (1) year.  Perkline may at any time cancel the program and discontinue any or all listings on the Perkline web site.   The participating vendor may cancel its participation at any time within thirty (30) days of the anniversary date of this agreement.
  3. The participating vendor has indicated in the provided space which category would be appropriate for listing the participating vendor in the Perkline program.
  4. The participating vendor agrees to honor all Perkline members with the stated discounts set forth for the length of this contract.
  5. The participating vendor acknowledges that by execution of this Agreement it did not rely on any promise, statement, or representation other than as contained herein and hereby acknowledges receipt of a duplicate copy of this Agreement.
  6. The parties specifically agree that any action or proceeding brought under, through or as a result of this Agreement, shall be brought in Nashville, TN and this Agreement shall be construed pursuant to the laws of the State of Tennessee.
